I’m enjoying playing with colour more this year. Ruby has certainly caused an up-tick of bright colours in our lives.
I apologise if my photos are starting to get a bit garish. Unfortunately, I quite like it! For now
Ruby is into her 17th month now and sprouting a nice array of pearly white teeth. These teeth are sharp, something I’ve found to my cost on a couple of occasions.
She likes to brush her own teeth. Well, she usually just enjoys the minty freshness – I have to move the brush to-and-fro.
Can you think of anything better to do on a brisk January morning than visit Skegness seafront? I know I can’t.
I’ve been coming to Butlins Mineworkers contest in Skegness for six years now and not visited the beach once, so decided to do so on my way home. It was cold and I had to wear a hat and gloves.
It’s not exactly the Costa Brava but I’ll have to bring Ruby over here in the summer. She’d love running about in all that sand. Mind you, you’d probably still need a hat and gloves here in June. It’s bracing you know
